Superb customer service

This review is for a overall experience and several products.
So sadly i had the unfortunate experience of my packages being stolen or lost in transit, but oh man talk about an excellent customer service from NeroCoins.

Quick response time on email, super friendly, helpful and patient of steel as this issue took a considerable time, even do there was some problems with my case none of them were with NeroCoins.

I have been working on quite a few coins, but I seem to remember the coins being ok.
From my memories, I believe the coins from Nero coins were of a good quality.
