What does "sizes and quality will vary from coin to coin" mean: the sizes will vary from coin to coin as they did not make them like today perfect or almost perfect and they are randomly sent out so it could be any size as shown. The quality from coin to coin will vary due to age and how they are persevered, etc... but they are higher quality coins and due to the desert sands on them I would not clean them as they look too nice.
